Refund policy

Returns:

Once you submit your order our products are custom-crafted for you. Due to the custom production we do not offer any returns. 

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time the order goes into production and cannot be cancelled anymore.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

For any cancelled orders you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note pricing may be subject to change based on exact silver gram weight. The prices on the website are based on previous similar productions
